Shannon's training began in 2002 at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles. Assisting during NYC fashion week and working photo shoots with Ralph Lauren and Jetty brought about life changing influences on her career. Shannon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Teaching Certificate in Cosmetology. Her continued education includes training at the Sasson Advanced Academy, Unite education, MAC pro make-up, Wella Professional and MyOra Color classes. She was mentored by Sally Rodgerson of SR Education in an effort to further her education in teaching haircutting. Shannon has true passion for what she does and loves being a part of the Pennington Nj community. With an innate eye for detail, she transitioned into the esthetic field, eager to provide her clients with a holistic approach to beauty. After studying at Innovate Salon Academy, Chelsea deepened her knowledge of skincare, further earning certifications as Circadia Specialist with Aging Skin Specialization, Menopausal Skin Expert, and Oncology Skin Certified.

As her career evolved, Chelsea recognized the importance of continuing education, ensuring that all her clients—no matter their individual skin concerns—receive the best care possible.
